Do I need to be a ' Registered User ' to shop in ' TAC - Online Store '
Yes. You have to be a registered user to shop in 'TAC - Online Store'.

How do I place an order ?

Login to 'TAC - Online Store'.
Browse and click on the item you wish to purchase.
Select the quantity you wish to order and click on 'Add to Cart'.
Repeat Step 2 and 3 for all the products you wish to purchase.
Click on the icon on the website header section to view cart.
Double check items you added and click on Checkout to proceed to checkout
Fill the billing & shipping details.
Select the payment method and read and accept the terms and conditions.
Click on 'Place Order' and complete the payment.

How do I cancel an order?
Please note that, you can only cancel your order before completing the payment. for further information contact us.
Login to 'TAC - Online Store'.
Go to My Accounts.
Go to Orders.
Find your order in the order list.
Click on 'Cancel' to cancel your order.
How do I exchange or return an item?
Courier the product back to us or hand over the product in our store.
Exchange is only possible within 7 days of completion of delivery.
The product should be in re-sellable condition except for defects.
How do I track my order?
You must be logged in before track your order.
Click Here or click on 'Track your order' in the website header section.
Provide your order reference there and click on 'Track My Order'.
How much it cost for shipping ?
Shipping charges vary depending on weight of the product(s) your purchased and the location you set for delivery. Shipping charges starting from LKR 400.00.
How my products are shipped ?
Currently your products are delivered by third party couriers.
